We are extremely disappointed that TSB have said they are closing their Magdalen Street branch. This is a real blow for our community and local businesses who rely on the branch for cash. It’s particularly tough for older and vulnerable people who struggle to access online banking. The loss of the free-to-use ATM, the lack of consultation by TSB with older and vulnerable customers, and the future for hard-working branch staff are particularly concerning.
